Customer Reviews
Consistent quality for my plants
I've bought from Lechuza a few times now, mainly the Classico and Cubico models, and this time I needed a new Yula plant bag. Like my previous orders, the Yula bag arrived quickly and the quality was just what I expected. They're always reliable for good planters. I keep coming back because their stuff holds up, and the self-watering feature actually works, which is a big plus for my indoor garden. No surprises, which is exactly what I want from an online store.
Worth it for the sale price
I was looking for a new planter for my fiddle leaf fig and saw the Delta planter on sale. I signed up for the newsletter to get an extra 10% off, which made it a really good deal. The planter feels very solid, and it came with the right self-watering insert. For what I paid, it feels like I got a good value. I wouldn't have bought it at full price but definitely happy with the savings.
Detailed review of my Canto purchase
I ordered a Canto Stone planter with the self-watering system and a bag of Lechuza Pon. The ordering process on the website was smooth, found everything easily. Shipping took about 6 business days to reach my home in Texas. The planter was very well-packaged, no issues there. Assembly of the watering system was straightforward, clear instructions included. The Canto planter has a nice texture and looks high-end. The Pon substrate seems to be working well for my plant, much better than regular soil in these types of planters. Customer service wasn't needed, which is always a good sign.
Nice planter, slow delivery
I got the Balconera planter and some Pon Pflanzsubstrat. The planter itself is really nice, sturdy, and the self-watering system is great for someone like me who forgets to water sometimes. My only minor complaint was the shipping. It took nearly 8 days to get to my place in Florida, which felt a bit long. Everything arrived well-packaged though, no damage. The price felt fair for the quality, but I wish delivery was a little faster.
Good for my indoor plants
I ordered a couple of those Classico planters for my living room, and they got here pretty quick, about 4 days to California. They look nice, not too flashy. Putting the self-watering thing together was easier than I thought it would be. My plants seem to be doing well in them. Overall, a good experience.

Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
Has anyone used one of those newsletter sign-up coupons? Do they actually work? I'm eyeing a big Classico planter.
Hey, thinking about grabbing a couple of the Cubico planters. Does anyone know if they really hold up outdoors, like in winter? Or should I bring them in?
Quick question on shipping. If I order a few planters, how long does it usually take to get to, say, California? Trying to time it for some new plant babies.
Does Lechuza ever do like, Black Friday sales? Or should I just buy now if I see something I want?
What's the deal with returns? If something isn't right or I change my mind, is it a hassle to send back?
